Will I be charged after early access?
No automatic charges. There is no payment setup or paid subscription to cancel. If paid plans launch, you will see the confirmed prices and terms and choose whether to join.
How do I publish my first property?
Create an advertiser account, verify your email, add your property and publish. Complete listings go live after automatic checks; flagged content may need review. Two-step verification is optional for advertisers. Contact us if you need help getting started.
How do renter enquiries reach me?
New enquiries appear in your advertiser workspace, with an email alert linking you to the secure inbox. You can respond using the contact details the renter shares.
Will my listings appear in ChatGPT?
RIA supports compatible AI assistants that connect to our public listing tools. A connection can search current published homes and link back to their property pages. This does not guarantee placement in ChatGPT, search rankings, traffic or enquiries. Learn about the connection.
Is RIA free for renters?
Yes. Renters can search, compare, save homes and send enquiries on RIA without a subscription. These advertising packages are for property advertisers.
Need more listings or a sponsor banner?
Talk to the RIA team about a larger portfolio or a banner placement. Sponsor campaigns are arranged separately from property listing packages.
